Royal Academy. These included:
pupils involved.

Continued supervision/support with route planningnrainingnests on Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions and
the Scheme in general by a number of our Members, with 300+ pupils involved.

placements for work experience and careers advice into a wide range of vocational areas.
The PE department also benefitted from volunteering. Throughout the year our Members have helped to
coach pupils during games.
Ben Madigan Prep. Dept continued to benefit from several Old Girls volunteering to supervise school trips
and prepare for the Christmas Dinner. Members supported fundraising initiatives and help to co-ordinate
coffee mornings, preloved uniform sales and other events.
The range of activities through the year were focused on providing information on various career pathways,
developing reading and literacy skills in the Preparatory Department, as well as supporting extra*urricular
activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme, which would simply not be able to operate on the
scale that it does without the volunteering by our Members.
Therefore our main achievements have been:
Enriching the careers information given to pupils.
Ensuring that the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme operates.
Ensuring that Ben Madigan had full supervision on school outings.
Supporting coaching of sport.
Providing financial assistance to the School, details are included within the accounts.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
