The Yeshua Trust Registered Charity No 104735 Independent examinerfs report to the charity trustees of The Yeshua Trust I report on the accounts ofthe Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024, which are set out in Section A Receipts and Payments and Section B Ststement of assets and liabilities of the accompanying Receipts and Payments Accounts. Respectlve responslbllltles of charlty trustees and examiner As the charitVs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commlssion under section 6519llb) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examinerfs report I have examined your charity accounts as required under sertion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carrled out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charlty Commi55ion for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act. My examination included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon giving me cause to believe that: l. accounting records were not kept in accordance wlth section 63 of the Charitles Act 2. the accounts do not accord with those accounting records 3. the account5 do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 4. there Is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
