What Yeshua Trust Does: its Public Benefit
The activities of Yeshua Trust/Annalong Christian Fellowship over the period 2021-2022 are
Gsfollows..
The trustees have had regards to the Commission's Public Benefit
requirement and are satisfied that Yeshua Trusvs activities successfully
achieve this.
Use of the Riverside Centre (Annalong Chrlstian Fellowship's building):
general statement
To facilitate Annalong Christian Fellowship open public meetings several times per week, thus
advancing the Christian faith.
To facilitate The Hub activities, (umbrella public name for variety of different community
activities operating at the Riverside Centrel. These were very curtailed during covid restrictions
but are now picking up again. Cuppa & Chat {public drop-inl once weekly, were started up again
in March, 2022 and barring summer break have continued since. (No charge is made for
attendance. Donations only.)

To facilitate funding donations, meetings, events and fund-raisingfor other Christian ministries.
Yeshua Trust /Annalong Christian Fellowship gives a public platform to ministries (see those
cited below) to share their work and raise funds / donations.
Regular Donations and Giving to Christian ministries operating UK-wide and
abroad - general statement:
This forms approximately 65% of Yeshua Trust's spending, the remainder of which goes to
maintain and service The Riverside Centre building in the centre of Annalong village which is
used for Annalong Christian Fellowhip meetings and to support the Hub attivities (see Use of
Riverside Centre above).
Income is in the form of personal donations to the trust by Annalong Christian Fellowship
members and those attending Christian meetings in the Riverside Centre. Generous donations
byThe Wee Charity Shop, Newcastle, in the form of restricted funds tofund The Hub activitie5,
also form a sizeable proportion of income.
Regular financial donations made by The Yeshua Trust help support various Christian ministries
whose purposes include the following:

Yeshua Trust has financially supported the following organisations /
ministries during the financial year 11412022 - 311312023 (see accounts
details) with the following outcomes and Impact:
CAP: Christians Against Poverty: A highly respected award-winning national charity, supported
by Archbishop Justin Welby and the Prince of Wales among others, with the following Impact
Statement: "Our service literally 5ave5 lives. It keeps families together, relieves stress, restores
health, keeps families in their homes, providesfriendship and can connect people to church and
to the God that loves them."
Lifeline Ministries, Kenya: 6 schools, 950 pupils, feeding programmes, widow support, wages
for 25 teachers, 5 cooks. There is further ongoing expansion.
Boreholes sunk, and maintained, to provide water at Mali-sabah and Kona, Kenya.
Business start-up and support for Kenyan widows.
Support for orphan5 and needy children to receive an education.
Maize plantation to supply feeding programmes for the Kitale schools, Kenya.
Prowsion of school buildings including toilet blocks.
Support for churches in Kenya- Kitale, Kisumu, Kisil, Nyakach, Koru, Ragumo, Nzola,
and Maili-saba.
Trans-mission (Ken Needham): An international Christian speaking ministry to over 70 different
countries with the simple and profound message of Jesus Christ

Latin Link Michael and Christine Stenning- missionaries to Peru

Youth for Christ {Ukraine) - Christian worldwide ministry.

Advancement of Religion:
Public worship and fellowship meetings have been conducted every Sunday
morning at 11am throughout the year and everyone is very welcome to attend.
While it is mainly attended by the core members of Annalong Christian Fellowship,
meetings are regularly attended by members of other denominations locaSly and
also, particularly in holiday season, by visitor5 and tourists such as those staying in
the local caravan park5. Visiting speakers are welcomed regularly and represent a
wide range of minlstries, mostly ministering abroad, and donations are made to
these (see more detailed financial support report}. The regular Tuesday night
prayer meeting is also open to anyone wishing to attend.

Preventlon and Rellef of Poverty:
Cuppa & Chat, run free of charge (donations only) once weekly in The Riverside Centre (Annalong
Christian Fellowship's building). This provides cakes and pastries in order to help alleviate the
poverty and loneliness which affects many local people of all ages from all sections of the
community, both Catholic and Protestant, who would otherwise struggle to afford to go out
regularlyto to meet up with friends. A regular core of Cuppa & Chatters includes the elderly,
disabled, unemployed and young parents experiencing social isolation, bereavement and other
social problems from both sides of the religious divide. Good friendships have been built up amongst
those participating and both theyi and in some cases spouses / carers, have testified asto how much
they value this service. Many animated and very interesting discussions have resulted around the
tables.

Furtherlng Education:
Lifeline Ministries. Kenya- 6 schools, 950 pupils, teaching a full primary and
increasingly, secondary education. There 15 ongoing development of school
buildings, resources and increasing numbers of pupils in various parts of rural
Kenya.

The Yeshua Trust is registered In Northern Ireland under Charity Number 104735.
The charity is constituted as a trust.

The power to appoint new trustees is vested in the existing trustees who have all the powers
conferred by the Trustee Att {Northern Ireland) 1958 as amended by the Trustee Act
(Northern Ireland) 2C(JI. It 15 a requirement that any trustee holds to basic doctrines of faith
set out in the Trust Deed. The trustees arrange for suitable familiarisation with the trust's
affairs for any newly appointed trustee.

Financial position
At the end of the financial year, the financial position of the trust was satisfactory. The cash basis
accounts prepared by the trustee5 are attached to thi5 report.
The trustees, policy is not to hold reserves, beyond the financial resources required for immediate
needs and to meet existing current obligations.
The trustees considerthat the trust is a going con￿rn and there are no uncertainties such as might
cast doubt on the trusvs ability to meet its obligations and continue to futfil its mission as blessed by
the Lord.
