Basis of fjndependent examiners report
We have examined your charrty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and our examination
W2s carrred out in accordan￿ the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland
under sectton 65(9)(b) of the Chartli&5 Act
Our examination in¢luded a review of the aco)unting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included COn￿deratIon of any unusual items or disctosures in the accounts
and seeknng explan*rons from you as charity Tn￿tee$ conorning any such matters.

1. That accounting records were not kept in xcordance with section 63 of the Charibes Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
