As the chartty's Trustees, you are responsible forthe preparats'on of the accounts in accordance with the Charities
Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibillty to:
. examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the prO￿dureS laid down in the general Directions gNen by the Commlssion under section 65(9)(b) of
the Charitles Act
. stste whether partular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent examlneffs report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charrtres Act and my examination wa5
carried out in accordance wrth the general Directions gtven by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under
section 65(9){b) of the Charitses ACL
My examination induded a review of the a¢￿UntIng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also induded consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts
and seeking explanations from you as charity Trustees cy)nceming any such matters.
My role is to state whether any matsrial matters have come to my attention giwng rre cause to believe:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance wtth ￿tion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That Ihe accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not compty with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That th8re is further informats.on needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
