**Purposes:** To further the aim of the Scout Association by encouraging development of South Belfast Groups and by providing South Belfast Groups with resources necessary to encourage development through improvement in the capability of the Group to fulfill the aims and objectives of the Scout Movement, improvement in the morale and wellbeing of the Group, efforts which might lead to recruitment of leaders and members and efforts which might lead to an increase in the number of sections in the group.
