Tyrone, BTBI 7EZ Tel: [phone] stration No:_ 104680 Trustees Re rt for Financial Year I" Janu 2023 - 31- December 2023 Main Activities/Achievements In this financial year, phase three of our restoration has been completed consisting of removal of old plaster from exterior front of building and replacino with a lime render. All external stone work was also repointed with a lirne render. An old store adiacent to the church porch has been demolished and rebuilt to facilitate new toilets with facilities for the disabled. The main entrance to the church was also raised, with a new sandstone surround and new solid wood d￿r fitted. Dry ZDt has been discovered and treated kn an internal gable resulting in compleiely rernoving all plaster and timber used in and around the gable. This is an ongoing projeci and our intention is to sLqrt with internal worK phase four of our restoration in 2024. Various fundraising events oryanised by the parishioners took place, which amounted to a totsl of £2,048 being raised. Grants We￿ obtained from R.C.B. Betiice Laing Foundation and Benefact Trust totalling £12,250. We also sold the old derelict LisnadcM)n Rectory as a site for a house which brought in £107,857.15, some of which has been kept in the No. l account to be used to replace the heating system in the church at a latsr date. With the remainder transferred to the Bright and Beautiful Fund. We recovered the VAT element th￿Ugh the listed places of worship scheme. Our parisbioners continue to use their monthly envelopes to support this projecL
