**Purposes:** The Objects are to advance the education,  relieve the needs and promote the health and wellbeing of deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing and deafened people (‘the beneficiaries’) in Newry and Armagh and the border counties in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland  (‘the area of benefit’) in particular, but not exclusively:   2.1	through the provision of a drop-in  centre  offering advice, information,   training, counselling, recreational and social activities;   2.2	to provide communication support,  practical assistance and other 	support services to the beneficiaries in the area of benefit and in such 	other ways as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
