For year ending 31[st] March 2018
4[th] Bangor Squirrels is a stand alone organisation which is a feeder organisation for 4[th] Bangor Scout Group. We are an affiliated member of the Northern Ireland Squirrel Association.
This year we have 17 Squirrels in our drey in 4[th] Bangor. We cater for boys and girls and meet for an hour on a Thursday afternoons between September and May.
During this time we run a full and balanced programme specifically tailored for 4-6 year olds. We aim to promote all areas of development through active play, games, socialisation, team building, craft activities and fun. Leaders focus on developing the Squirrels skills, helping them make friends and teaching them respect. We also prepare and encourage them for the move to Beavers when they are six.
