REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
Th15 year was a yearof challenges for Glow ind It5 board. Glows CEO of 11 years reslgned and
moved onto a chosen dlfferent path. Fundlng was becomlng dlfflcult to obtaln, whilst the need for
our prog'ammes continued to grow, The b03rd of Glow recruited a new CEO who will take the

launchlng our re-developed programma$ In Sprin8'24.
