The management eommitee have assessed the major risks to whi¢h the Charity is exposed. and are satisfied that

The charity aims io provide aid to Pastors in Churches both Philippines and Nigeria.
The charity also aims to suppot( help and provide local rehabilitstion in Northern Ireland. This provides carc
and practical help allowing people to be rehabilitsted back into the community.

The trustee is responsibl¢ for pr¢paring the trustee's report and the financial statements in accordance with the
Financial Reporting SiandaTds in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 1021 and applicable law and regulations.
The law applicable tt> ¢harities requires the trustee to prepare fin8neial statements for each financial year which
give a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the charity and of th¢ incoming resources and application of
resour¢¢s of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the member is required to..
