These fmancial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis under the historical cost convention, and in
accordance with applicable accounting standards and Statement of Recommended Practice for Accounting by Registered Social
Landlords (updated 2010) and applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom. The principal accounting policies,
which have been applied consistently throughout the year, are set out below. The presentation of the fmancial statements
complies with the Registered Housing Associations (Accounting Requirements) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993.
