As the charity's trustees of Vineyard Church Dungannon you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charitie5 Act (North¢m Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to
- examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities A
- follow the procedure5 laid do￿ in the general Directions given by the Commission under 5ertion 65{9Xb) of
the Charities Act
- state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of yndependent examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts &8 required under section 65 of the Chwities A¢t and my examination
was carried out in aG￿rdance with the general directions given by the Chariti&% Commi&sion for Northern
Ireland under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination inrluded the review of the accounting records kept by the thity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. Et also included consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
