**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Portrush and its environs (the "area of benefit”) without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, or political, religious or other opinion by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to:  (1) To promote community development and amateur sport by providing advice and financial support to groups, organisations and clubs. (2) To relieve those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-heath, disability financial hardship or other disadvantage. (3) To advance improvement of ihe built environment and improve or provide public amenities. (4) To promote such other charitable puposes as may from time to time be determined.
