Independent examiner's report to the charity trustees of Friends of Down High Grammer School I report on the accounts of the Friends of Down High Grammer School IFDHGSI for the year ended 31" July 2025 Respective responsibilities of charity truste.p.s and cxaminer A5 the charity's trustee5 you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with thè Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2022. It 15 my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under settion 65 of the Charities Att follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under 5eLtion 6519llbl of the Charitie5 Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of examiner's statement I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination wa5 carrled out in accordance wlth the Eeneral Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act. The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a corTiparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the account5, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. My role 15 to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe.. l. That accounting records were not kept as required by section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accoijnts do not accord wlth those accountin8 records 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirement5 of the Charities Act 4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
