Within our orphanage we aim lo meet the individual needs of every child placed within our ￿Te. We aim lo make a lasting improvement to children's lives. caring for them restoring a sense of dignity and self worth lo each individual child. Qur endeavour for every child entrusted to our care Trs to feel loved and for each of them to be given the opportunity to fulfil their full potenti81 in lrfe. The VOGH sees ils work as being successful when we see lives of those people that we are in contact in Moldova being transformed by meeting their psychical and educational needs. Achievements and Performance The work of the charity in Moldova 15 guided by a local director. The director report5 to and 15 guided by the chairperson of the charity. A financial report is submitted by the local director on a monthly basis and it 15 5crutinised by the Nl financial team. The 5ucce5ses and achievements of the charity És not only measured by the amount of support we gain from the local community in Nl. but by the achievement of the children in orphanage. Some of the children in the orphanage have now reached an education level that they would not have nomially achieved. The retail outlets of the charity in Nl provide affordable living to many of the financially vulnerable people in our own community- We are extremely greatful for the great continued support we received from donors and sponsors in Nl. Financial Review The chartty rernains financially sliong due to past and continued generous support. Expenditure iem£lned pretty much simiEar to previous years and we are indebted lo everyone who helps in any way. Recruitment and Appolntment of Trustee5 Qr£anlsatlonal Structure We meet 6 times a year a5 Iru5tees but each tnjstee plays their part as volunteerÉng in the life and work of the SI￿p. We see this task, not as work but as a pleasure. and probably a responsibility we only see hope and an opportunity. We see the need and we try to meet that need but at all times we do our best.
