I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 31 August 2022. which are set out on pages four
to nine.

As the charity's trustees (and also the d￿eCtorS for the purposes of ¢ompany law) you are responsible for the
preparation of the accoiuits in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2CKI6.
Having satisfied myself that the chanty is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for

I have examined your charitv account8 a8 reqiiired linder section 65 of the Chon"tics Act and my eAwiiiiiuliun
was carried out in accordance with the general Directions 8iven by the ChaTity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Chatities Act. The examjj￿tI0n included a review of the accounting
r¢cords kept by the chan'ty and a comparison of the accounls presented with those records. It also included
onsideration of any Unusu￿ items or th'sclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as
charity trustees concernin8 any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention 8ivin8 me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with 3ection 386 of the Companies Act 2006
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the acCoUntu￿ requirements of section 396 of the Companies Act
2(X)6 and with the methods and principles of the Chan'ties Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to
charities prcparll￿ their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reportftng Standard applicable in the UK
and Republic of Ireland
