We report on the accounts of Stanton Healthcare Belfast for the year ended 31 March 2024
which are set out on pages 8 to 10.

As the charity's Truslees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
wilh the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is our responsibility to:
examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland ) 2008;
follow the procedures laid down in Ihe general Directions given by the Commission
under Seclion 65(9)(b) of Ihe Charilies Act (Northem Ireland) 2008: and
state whelher particular matters have come to our attention.
Basls of Independent Examinerfs Report
We have examined your charily accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act
and our examination was carried oul in accordan￿ with the general Directions given by the
Charity Comtnission for Northem Ireland under Section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
Our examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounls presented with those records. It also included consideration of
any unusual items ordisdosures in the accounts, arKJ seeking explanations from you as charity
Iruslees conceming any such matters.
Our role is to state whether any material rnatters have come to our attention giving us cause
lo believe:
That accounting records were not kepl in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities
Act.
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
That the accounls do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act.
That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
