Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year'.-
We welcomed Bernadette Smyth as Centre Manager in April 2022. She is an asset to Stanton
with all her experience and ideas for the future.
We are committed to providing our services free of charge. despite increased running costs.
Some of our clients needed prams, cots and cribs, milk, nappies etc. which we were able to
supply from our stock. All our supplies come from donations of money and goods provided by
other charities and our generous members.
Our links remain strong with the following people:
A Charity Shop in Newtownards, who can be contacted if we need specific items e.g.. next-to-
me beds, Moses baskets and Cots.
Christchurch Congregational Church brought donations of nappies, baby clothes and knitted
garments.
Rathcoole Presbyterian Church visits us regularly. always bringing donations of baby items.
They kindly donated cots and a pram this year.
St. Patrick's Church in Lisburn who donated prams.
Belfast Central Mission provides Christmas Gifts for children of our Wellbeing clients. A list is
sent to them of the sex and ages of each child requiring a gift to ensure that they are included
before the cut-off date.
