**Purposes:** the company's objects are specifically restricted to the promotion of  the benefit of the inhabitants of  the townland of Ballygorman  and its environs of County Armagh and County Down (hereinafter called the area of benefit) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to  advance education, promote health and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupations, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular:  (a)	to provide, maintain and manage for the public benefit a community centre for activities promoted by the  Company
