We have nothing to report in respect of the following matters in relation to wh ich the Charities Act (Northern

Responslblllties of trustees

preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such
internal control as the trustees determine is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that
are free from materlal misstaternent. whether due to fraud or error.
In preparing the financial statements, the trustees are responsible for assessing the charlty'5 ability to continue
as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the goin8 concern basis
of accounting unles5 the trustee5 either intend to liquidate the charity or to cease operatlons, or have no realistic
alternative but to do 50.
Auditor's responslbilities for the audlt of the financial Statements
Our objective5 are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free
from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor's report that includes our
opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in
accordance with ISA5 IUKI will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatement5 can arlse
from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate. they could reasonably be
expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.
Irregularities, including fraud, are instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations. We design procedures
in line with our responsibilitiQ5, Outlined above, to detect material misstatement5 in respect of irregularities,
including fraud. The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregu larities, including fraud is
detailed below-.
We di5CUS5ed laws & regulation5 and fraud risks during our audit plan ning procedures. We consider that fraud,
if it were to occu r, would m05t likely involve the misappropriation of income. Audit procedures were planned
and performed to assess proce55es for recording the different sources of income. We remain mindful that fraud,

by its very nature, may be difficult to detect but we have tested controls in place and consider that our audit has
a reasonable chance of detecting a material fraud in this area.
As part of an audit in accordance with ISAS IUKI, we exercise professional judgment and maintain professional
scepticism throughout the audit. We also..
Identify and assess the risks of material misstatement of the financial statements, whether due to fraud or
error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is
sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detectin8 a material
misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than for one resulting from error, as fraud may involve
ollusion, for8ery, intentional omissions, misrepresentations, or the override of internal control.
Obtain an understanding of internal control relevant to the audit In order to design audit procedures that
are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expre5sin8 an opinion on the effectiveness
of the internal control.
Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estimates
and related disclosures made by the trustees.
Conclude on the appropriateness of the trustees, use of the going concern basis of accountlng and. based
on the audit evidence obtained, whether a material uncertainty exists related to event5 or conditions that
may cast significant doubt on the charity's ability to continue as a going concern. If we conclude that a
material uncertainty exi5t5, we are required to draw attention in our auditorfs report to the related
disclosures in the financial Statements or, if such disclosures are inadequate, to modify ou r opinion. Our
conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our auditor's report. However,
future events or condition5 may cause the charity to cease to continue as a goin8 concern.
Evaluate the overall presentation, structure and content of the financial statements, including the
disc105ures, and whether the financial statements represent the underlying transactions and events in a
manner that achieves fair presentation.
We communicate with those charged with governance regarding, among Other matters, the planned scope and
timing of the audit and signiflcant audit findings, Including any significant deficiencie5 in internal control that we
identify durin8 our audit,
