The charity aim5 to use their income in fvrtherance of their objectives and any small amounts in the unrestricted
funds are held in order to meet any unforeseen expenditure thal may occur.
The reserves policy is reviewed on an annual basis.

The organisation is a charitable company limited by guaranlee. incorporated on 15 August 1975 and JTgistered
as a charity with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland on l February 2016 having previously been
r¢gisterd as a charity with the Inland R¢venu¢.
The company wag egtablishe.d linder A Memnrandum of A.gsociation which established the objects and N)wers of
the charitsble company and is governed under it's Articles of Association.
Ststement of trustees, responsibli ities

of company law) ar¢ responsible for preparing the I￿ste¢S, re￿rt and the financial statements in accordan¢¢
with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Stgndards (United Kingdom G¢nerally Accepted
Accounting Prdclice), including FRS 102 "The Financial Re￿rtIng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland"
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under company law
the trustees musl not approve th¢ financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view
of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resour¢¢s and application of resource&
