All Glrl8uldlng Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotlonally, mentally, physically and splritually so that they can make a positlve contrlbution to
their Community and the wider world.

A revlew of the Charltvs flnanclal posltlon at the end of the year
No income or expenditure, as the unit has not been running since 2018, and is now being
formally closed by Girlguiding in 2024. A copy of thé balance sheet for the account that covers
all three sections (Brownies- 104348, and Guides- 104469, and the Rangers) is attached for a
final reference.
