All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally. mentally, physlcally and splrltually so that they can make a posltlve contrlbution to
their Community and the wlder world.

There were ten girls in the unit.in the fi.rst term the girls worked towards their Take Action Skills
Builder Badge. They also completed the first part of their Mixology badge: They joined with
Gilnahirk guides to go to watch an Ice Hockey competition . they found a Geocache at the A.Ibert
Clock. We went for a Pizza meal and had a Christmas quiz . Then Christmas crafts and Christmas
Party.
In the second term there were 11 guides worked towards the Live Smart Skills Builder badge,
Looked at ways to keep the Guide Laws. In Patrols they prepared an International evening
featuring Romania, India and Italy. They had a quiz and pizza night, played captain Ball.
In the third term we made preparations for our residential weekend. This was held at Lorne and
the girls completed their Mixology badge and their Camp skills Builder badge. There was no harm
flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
The Charitiy's Trustees have had regard for the Commission's Public Benefit guidance
