All Girlguiding Ulster Charlties are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charftles Is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to
their Community and the wider World.

A summary of the Charl￿$ main activities to further its purposes for the publlc benefit and the
maln achievements In the year
20 girls took part in the Unit. Their programme included playing games, craft, challenge nights,
Badges (Family Tree and Pet Badge), visit to Cinema, Christmas Party, visit to Christmas event
held by Girl Guiding Ulster, Lorne, 3 Station Road, Craigavad.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
