Re5peetive responsibilities of trustees and independent examiner Seaview Presbyterian Church's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the tem]s of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. Seaview Presbyterian Church 's trustees consider that an audit is not required under section 65(2) (audit) of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 for the year and that an independent examination under section 64(1) of the Charities Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 is required. It is my responsibility to.. examine Ihe accounts to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Independent examiner's statement In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention..
