All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charity’s main activities to
further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
The Brownies this year have had fun completing their Brownie Girlguiding programme. They have done different skill builders, earned interest badges and worked on unit meeting activities to earn their Theme Awards and Bronze, Silver then Gold section awards.
In December the girls went to Lorne's Winter Adventure evening and went on a summer residential camp where they learnt camping skills and took part in outdoor activities.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
Overall amounts as of 31st March 2024 = £ 372.96

Yearly deficit of £326.55, charity trustees planning to raise additional fund through ensuring all girls pay their subscriptions, fundraising and applying for Gift Aid donations.
