All Girt Guiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-
laws. The purpose of each of these charities is to educate girls and young
women to help them develop emotionally, physically mentally and spiritually so
they can make a positive contribution to their communities and the wider world.

Summary of Charities main activities to further its purposes for the public beneflt and the
main achievements in the year
We had 10-14 girls attending a weekly programme including crafts, cooking. games outdoor nature and
road safety activities. We awarded 6 promise badges, 4 interests badges and 4 skills builders. We went
on outings to the cinema and a craft workshop. We played a selection of indoor games. There was no
harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.

A review of the charities financial position at the end of the year Details of any fund held by
