This template is to provide guidance to units who are completing a Trustee Annual Report for the Nl
Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form please ensure that the headings in this

All Girlguidlng Ulster Charltles are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally, mentally• physically and splritually so that they can make a positive contribution to
thelr Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charltys main artivities to further Its purposes for the public benefit and the
main achievements in the year
During the reporting year {1/4123 to 31/3124), there was an average of 12 girls who took part in
our weekly activities. A variety of activities were undertaken during the year, and several badges
were completed.
Activities covered areas such as teamwork, feel good. be well, arts and crafts etc. Girls also
participated in our Annual Thinking Day service.
We continued working on our new Badgework programme and this resulted in, 15 Interest
Badges, 12 Stage I Skill Builders Be Well and 15 commemorative Kings coronation badges being
presented.
We had a Christmas Disco and also celebrated the King's coronation making crowns and sending
cards to His Majesty to mark the occasion.
In these activities there was no harm flowing from the charitrfs purposes, and there was no
private benefit.

The Trustees are aware of our public benefit statement on promoting the education of girls and
young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so they can
make a positive contribution to their community and wider world and develop their full
potential.
