All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can makea positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

During this financial year we had an average of 30 Brownies attending weekly meetings.
The Brownies completeda variety of activities including craft, cookery, badge work, skills builders, unit meeting activities and had several outings
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance

Areview of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
Finances continue to be secure and we have no debt.
2024/2025 income: £7909.96; Expenditure: £10644.88; Balance year end: £2017.09
2023/2024 income: £6064.70; Expenditure: £3721.35; Balance year end: £4752.01
