the Charities act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under sertlon 65 of the Charitles Act and my
examlnation was ¢arrled out in accordance with the 8eneral Directions given by the Charitv
Commlssion for Northern Iieland under sertion 65191 {bl of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon Included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and compèrlson of
the account5 presented with those records. It also Included consideration of any unusual items or
disc105ures in the accounts, and seekln8 explanalion5 from you as charity trustees concernlng anv
such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
l. that accountings records were not kept in accordance with sertion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with these occounting records
3. That the accounts do not compty with ihe accounting requirements of the Charlties Act
4. That there is further infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accoun15 to be
