Conway Mill in West Belfast. fts services and meetings are open to all ond all are welcome irrespective ol their
religious or conununity background. The Ministy has plans to provide a children's club for scbool a8ed
children which will draw its intake largely from the deprived areas of Bclfast and educate childrell concetTing
the christian fBith and Cbristian values.

and fellowsliip it is hoped to quietly work to build tolerance at]d ullderslanding and bring 4 Sense of fellowship
between Christian8 from dlffereni denominahonal and cultural backgrounds, within highly segregated areas of

The charity's benefieiaries currently are the public within Northern tr¢land: ut potentially as tILe Millistiy grows
it will cTrperate elsewhere in the world and benefit thc public there also. There is no private benefit to any
indivtdual. The Ministry ig run by unpaid voluntrers who voIullteer their time.
The Ministry grows il may decide to ernploy a part or full lime pastor in futur¢, but there are no illllnediate plans
to do thi9. If this bappens it will b¢¢ause it is in the best irltcrests of the ¢haTily is necessary to enable the
ministy lo ¢xpand the s¢ope of its charitable activities. Any pcrsonal benefit wiill be incidental and strictly
regulated io ensure that at all times the arrangement is neces8arysnd io the interests of tbe charity.
Any BJTan8emenl will b¢ r¢guJated stricily in accordonee with Arttclcs 9 and 10 of the t￿￿e'S constitution and

from deprived arcas will benefit from the edu¢ational and r¢creaU0n￿ activities offer by the Ministry, and have
their conditions of life improved. Through th¢ir l¢iswe-time acuvities they will be encouraged to develop tlieir
phy.%ical, menial, ¢motionai and spiritual ¢apacilies so that they grow to full maturity as individual8 alld
members of 80¢iety* to the I￿ne￿I of sociw.
The unemploycd and other isolaied individuals, will be provtded with cducational and recreational f&ilities,
