The principal function of "Clare Church of Ireland Parish" is to SUPPOrt the advancement of the Christian religion by
promoting, through the work of "Clare Parish Church" the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social
and ecumenlcal. Being open to and engaging wlth society as a whole and offering support for those needing help are

Clare Parish Church is keen to offer a range of services over the course of the year that our community can find
beneficial and spirltuallyfulfilling. All are welcome to attend ourweekly Sundayservices. As well as our regularsunday
Services we enable our community to celebrate and thank God at the mllestones of the joumey through life. Through
baptism we thank God for the gift OT life, in marriage public vows are exchanged wirh ooa'"s ijlesslng ana through
funeral seNi¢es friends and family express their grief and give thanks for the Ilfe which is now complete in this world

Some members of our Parish are unable to attend Church due to sickne55 orage. The Rural Dean Re¢d Elizabeth Cairns
has visited Church members who have requested it, to celebrate communion with them either at their homes or in
hospital.

Going Concern
The trustees have reviewed the budgets for the year ahead and are satlsfied that there are adequate funds in place to
ensiire that the Parish can continue its activities and the financial statements for the year ended 2022 can be signed
off.as a going concem.

The select vestry is responsible for the day to day management of the partsh. The select vestry consists of the member

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report and the statement of re￿iptS and payments and
statement of assets and liabllitles in accordance with appllcable law and regulations.
The law applicable to charities In Northern Ireland with Income of less than £250,0(Kl requires the trustees to prepare
a statement of receipts and payments and a statement of assets and liabilities for each financial year.
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records that are sufficient to Show and explain the Parish's
