A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year

Being a Brownie is all about fun, friendship and adventure.

Brownies get to explore their favourite things. They choose what badge to do next. Discover a new challenge. Read stories about Brownie adventures. And find lots of fun things to do at home and within the unit.

Our Brownies developed their skills and knowledge by working and gaining various interest badges throughout the year including the Agility & Friends to Animals badges. We had a visit from Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital and learned how to look after our domestic pets, as well as endangered species.

We made a decoration to display during the local Harvest festival; made Christmas crafts, celebrated Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, St Patricks Day and Easter.

World Thinking Day - a celebration of ten million girls worldwide that has taken place on every 22 February since 1926. It remains a day for all Guides and Girl Scouts to think of each other and celebrate their sisters all around the world.
