We meet weekly and follow a varied programme of crafts, storytelling, games and fitness, parties, celebrations and crafts for Fall and Christmas. We followed the Girlguiding Programmes and the girls completed a number of skills builders, unit meeting activities and interest badges and were awarded theme badges. There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit. A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance In planning the activities for the year, the Trustees of I" Cullybackey Rainbow U nit have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance. This enables us to achieve our purposes and provide a benefit to the girls in the unit.
A review of the Charity's financial position at the end of the year The overall financial position of I" Cullybackey Rainbows continues to be healthy. There are no debts to record. The opening balance at the I" January 2022 was £1,082.54 and the closing balance ay 31" December was £1,217.84. Income for the year was £297.00 and expenditure was £161.70. This resulted in a surplus for the year of £135.30, Details of any fund held by the Charlty that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit There were no funds held in deficit at the end of the financial year, 31 December 2022.
