BASIS OF OPINION
I carried out my examination under paragraphs 46lbl and 24011 l of the code.
Nothing has come to my attentiop. in connection with our examination which gives me
reasonable causeto believe that in any mateiial iespect:
a) The accounting records have iot been kept in respect ot the Congregation in
accordance with the Code,
b) The accounts torthe year ended do not accord with those records
c) The accounts do not comply with any ol the requirements of the Code. However, I
am not required to. and do not express an opinion on whether the accounts give a
true and tair view.
Further nothing has come to my attention in c¢Jnnection with my examination that in my
opinion should be drawnto your attention in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
