## **STATEMENT OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES** 

As a Parent Teacher Association. One of our key purposes is to supplement the finances of Mount St Michael’s Primary School by providing monies from fundraising events to renew and/ or replace teaching/ learning resources. We therefore do not hold any assets or liabilities outside of the monies held in the Friends of Mount St Michael’s PTA bank account. Currently, at the end of this financial year of 01.10.24, the reconciled bank balance for Friends of Mount St Michael’s PTA stands at £9,774.20. This money is lodged/ held in the First Trust Bank and accessed by 2 out of 3 signatories’ at any time when needed. Once purchases have been made, Mount St Michael’s Primary School becomes responsible for the upkeep of resources.
