-
Meeting teaching staff outside of the class environment promotes better relationships in a more relaxed manner and can ease feelings of anonymity and pave the path for more open communication when/ if needed.
-
By attending family events together, we strengthen the family ethos and community spirit of Mount St Michael’s Primary School by including everyone and providing a feeling of belonging and acceptance for all parents/ pupils and staff alike.
-
If parents feel at ease with the school environment and teaching staff feel valued in their role, pupils have a better positive learning experience as their will be a valued consensus between all parties involved.
