## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT FOR THE FRIENDS OF MOUNT SAINT MICHAELS PTA YEAR ENDING 1 OCTOBER 2022.** 

I have examined the accounts for the Friends of Mount St Michael’s PTA for the year ending 1 October 2022. 

These have been examined in accordance with The Charities Act under Section 65 and I have followed the directions given by the Commission under Section 65. 

On completion of examination, I have no concerns and have seen no need to raise any issues.
