I have independently examined the receipts and payments records for Ballyvesler
Primary School Parent Teacherfs Association for the year 2019120.
I was able to confirm the accuracy of the records to primary financial supporting
documents including bank statements, re￿Ipts and deposits. l am content that the
records presented to me for scrutiny demonstrate sound financial record keeping
and are indications of a properly run organisation. In compliance with the Nl
Charities Commission guidance, I have acted in the capacity of Independent
Examiner and I hold the relevant and appropriate knowledge, skills and experien
to carry out this role. l am the Chair of the Ballyvester Primary School Board of
Governors Finan￿ Committee. l am also the Head of Internal Audit and Assurance
at the Education Authority.
