AGM||The minutes of the last AGM were read and agreed as an accurate record by those present.|
|Chair’s Report||The Chair Mrs Lorna Gillespie presented her report for the period Sept 2022 to 31stAugust 2023.
She welcomed all new members in attendance and thanked all for their support.
Mrs Gillespie outlined the events from last year:

Quiz night in November which raised £304

Christmas raffle in December which raised £349

Movie Night in February which raised £288

Outdoor Market in May which raised £2257

Total raised £3500
She thanked all the community for their support to the school, staff and pupils.
The money raised was used to purchase and interactive which board for P6/7 classroom, £400
towards reading books for the library, selection boxes for all pupils at Christmas and a
subscription to an Arts programme. Money was also provided to support an additional
classroom assistant £2500.|
|Financial Report||The treasurer, Mrs Elaine Maguinness, had prepared the annual accounts from 1 September
2022 to 31stAugust 2023 and annual accounts from 1stSept 2020 to 31stAugust 2021.
The principal presented the accounts as follows:

The accounts were checked as true and accurate byMrs V Lockhart.|
|PTA-NI constitution||No changes to the constitution were proposed.|

There were no further nominations and the above proposed and seconded members were duly
elected to serve on the 2023-24 PTA Committee.|
