This template is to provide guidance to units who are completing a Trustee
Annual Report for the Nl Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form
please ensure that the headings in this guidance are followed when completing
a Trustee Annual Report.
All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to
help them develop emotionally, mentally. physically and spiritually so that they
can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

We have a total of 28 units in South Belfast Division:_ 10 Rainbow, 9 Brownie, 6 Guide and 3
Ranger units
South Division provides support and leadership to the unit Leadership teams, which
includes training and advice and help with recruitment of both girls and volunteers.
We also run events for the girls, these provide opportunities for all units to come together,
build newfriendships and share learning experiences. We are startingto bring units together
again and the Leaders are starting to prepare for residentiaL events with the girLs.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit
