As the ehariWs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in aecordanee Nryth the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2018.
It is Iny responsibility to:_
Examine the aeeovnts under section 65 of the charities Aet
Follow the procedures laid in the general directions given by tILe Commission under
section 6.5(9)(b) of the Charities Aet
State whether particular matters have eome to my attention.
Based on the Independent examiner's Teport
I have examined your charity accounts as required undeT section 65 of the Charities Aet and my
examination was cariied out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commission foT Northern Ireland under seetion 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the eharity and a comparison of
the aceounts presented with those reeords. It also included consideration of aTry unusual item5 or
disclosures the accounts, and seeking explanations from you a charity tntstee5 coneerning any such
matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:_
That accounting records were not kept in accordanee with section 63 of the Charities Act
That the accounts do not aeeord with those accounting records
3. That the a¢¢ounts do not comply with the accounting requirevnents of the Charities Act
4. That there is further illformation needed for a proper understanding of the aceollnts to be
reached.
