## **Activities and Achievements** 

During the reporting period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, Roe Valley Scout Group was unable to deliver a Scouting programme due to a significant shortage of adult volunteers. 

Despite efforts to sustain the Group, ongoing challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic impacted volunteer recruitment and retention, making it unsustainable to continue operations. As a result, the Group made the decision to temporarily suspend all activities during this period. 

While no programme activities were delivered, the Group remained committed to exploring opportunities to re-establish Scouting provision within the local community when sufficient leadership capacity could be secured.
