## **ASSETS :**
**1. Property ( Insurance value £ 554,192 )**
- **Half Acre Site – In the centre of Randalstown, with a lease from Shane’s Castle Estate, Randalstown of 48 years. ( land returns to Estate if Scout Group ceases to exist.)**
- **Scout Hall – Timber framed building built in 1920’s. New extension built in 2016 with a 100% Grant from Dept. of Education NI, which cost £ 143,000.**
- **Equipment Store – Steel construction to hold large equipment (minibus, lawnmower, trailers, canoes, tables, benches and large camping gear.)**
## **2. Contents of Hall and Store ( Insurance value £ 74,485 )**
- **Furniture for Hall – Tables, chairs and benches**
- **Scout games equipment – Balls, bats, nets etc.**
- **Scout Training Programme – Small equipment for skills training ( ropes, poles and books etc. )**
- **Camping Equipment – Tents, poles, tables, benches, and cooking equipment.**
- **Outdoor Activity Equipment**
- **a) 4 Canadian canoes, 10 plastic kayaks + life jackets and helmets.**
- **b) Archery gear – 2 bosses on stands + 8 bows and assorted arrows.**
- **Minibus – 13 years old**
- **General purpose 4 wheeled trailer and 2 canoe trailers.**
- **Ride on Lawn mower - 10 years old.**
