Harryvllle Houslng Association was founded in 2005 and Is governed by Its Trustees.
The charlty had no flnanclal artivity in the year ended 31st March 2025.
PUBLIC BENEFrr srATEMENT
The public benefits that flow from purpose (a) are: {1) reduced levels of povety, sufferin&
anxiety and dlstress that arlses from a lack of suitable accommodation and support and
care servlces,'111) enhanced opportunlties to live more independent lives., {iii) Improved
health outcomes and mental. physlcal and emotional well-belng,. (Iv) provldlng Indivlduals
and famllles with a sense of hope. The beneficiaries are people in necessitous
clrcumstsnces who are In need of appropriate accommodation andlor care ser41ces.
These benefits can be evldenced through internal progress records kept by Harwille
Houslng Assoclatlon, feedback from the beneficiaries, evaluations of the work of the
Assoclatlon and public agency records and reports. No harm or prlvate benefit arlses
from this purpose. The publlc benefrt that arlses from purpose (b) is enhanced
employability prosperts, leadlng to better health and well-being among the beneficlarles.

OBJKCTIVFS AND ACTIVITIFS
Harryvllle Houslng Assoclation Intends to provide or co-ordlnate the provlslon of
appropriate accommodation and support Services for older people, people who have
dlsabilltles or chronlc Illness, those who are homeless or poorly housed and for travellers
and their families. Training and vocational courses will be organised or arranged for
people who are unemployed or in necessitous circumstances. Respite holidays wlll be
arranged for those who are In need of such support.

We have examined the accounts as required under section 65 of tbe Cbarities Act and in

a compatison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includ&s consideration of
