The public benefits that flow from putpose (a) are: (i) rethJced levels of poverty. sufferin&
anxiety and distres5 that arises froTn a lack of suitable accommodation and support and
care seNices: (li) enhanced opportunities to live more independent li￿ (iii) improved
health outcomes and mental, physical and emotional well-bein& {iv) providing individuals
and families with a sense of hope. The beneficiaries are people in necessitous
circumstances who are in need of appropriate accommodation andlor care se￿iceS.
These benefits can be evidenced through intemal progress records kept by Harryrf511e
Housing Association. feedback from the benefiaaries, evaluations of the work of the
Association and public agency records and reports. No harm or private benefit arlses
from this purpose. The public benefit that arises from purpose Ib) is enhanced
employabillty prospects, leading to better health and well-being among the beneficiaries.
The beneficlaries are people who are unemployed and those in nece5sItous
circumstances. This benefft can be evidenced through internal records kept by Harybrylle
Housing Association and feedback from the beneficiaries. No harm or private benefit
arises from this purpose. The public benefit that arises from purpose (c> is improved
health and well-being due to reduced levels of stress. anxiety or distress. The
beneficiarles are people in necessitous circumstances. including those who are

Association. evaluations of the work and impact of the charity and feedback from the

OBJECTIVES AND ACTTVMES
Harryville Housing Association intends to provide or co-ordinate the provision of
appropriate accommodation and support services for older people. people who have
disabilities or chronic iNness. those who are homele55 or poorty housed and for travellers
and their familie& Training and vocational courses will be organised or arranged for
people who are unemployed or in necessitous circumstances. Respite holidays will be
arranged for those who are in need of such support.
