accordan￿ with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2iX)8.
It is my respon&bility to..
l. Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act.
2. Follow the procedures laid dobvn in the general Directions given by the
Commission under sectton 65{9Xb) of the Charities ACL
3. Stats wheiher partÉcular matters have come to my attention.
Basis ol Independent examiners report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under seaion 65 of the Charities
A￿ and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Nothem Ireland under section 65(gXb) of the
Charities Act.
My examination included a revtew of the accouniing records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented wth those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from you as chaTity trustees concerning any such matters.

l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the
Charitles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord vath those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities
Att
4. That there is further inforirotion needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be ie&ched.
I have completed ￿ examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters (l)
to (4) listed above arKI, in connection wth followng the Directions of the Charity
Comnmssion for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to
your attention.
