In fulfilling the public benefit requirement ,the charity Iriistees have had regard to the Charity commission for Northern Ireland's statutory public benefit guidance. li The purpose of the charity To proniote the benefits of the residents of Magberaveely and the local area. without distinction of age. sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voulantary organisations alld inhabitants in a common effect to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of lrfe for the said li residents. The inforniation below sets out the activities we have Guried out to further our purposes and fulfill the public benefit elements during the previous 12 ￿OnthS. Activities Our annual events, such as Clllistinas events, village dean up, tractor run and fare day, pub quizzes have continued this year and have been well supported by the community. We have also been able to increase the number of dasses such as yoga, art. flower arranging, and other health and well being events. The sull]mer scheme for the youth has been a great Suc￿sS with all events well supported Our premises have been widely used by other collllnunity groups which we have supported such as the sunshine club and the football club. The village has been kept tidy and small improvements take place such as painting of the bus shelter and children's art on display. The group have also extended their tole in the wider co]]]munity by being involved in the redevelopment of Killyfole lough and in looking to make use of premises there. We are again very grateful to Fernianagh and Omagh district council who have provided help, advise and funding. Also to other statiiary and charitable groupd who have provided funding. In addition to funding received the charity does request a fair contiibution from users which provides an income.
