2021.
Responsibllities and basis of report.
As the clwity's trustees of The Frdncina Foundation (and also tts directors for the purposes of company law)
you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Conwanies
Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act,).
Ilaving sacisfied myself that the a¢counts of The Frdncina Foundation are not r¢quir¢d to be audited under
company law and are ¢ligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 65 of th¢ Charities Aci (Northem Ireland) 2008. In carrying out
my examination I hav¢ followed the Direaions given by the Charity Commission for North¢rn Ir¢land under
section 65{9){b) ofthe Charitie5 Act.

I have no concerns and have come acro&8 no other matters in connection with the exatnination ro which attcntion
